how will session date & time be arranged?

Please submit a class reservation request using the form provided above, and be sure to give us up to three choices of dates and times that suit you best. Remember to check the time difference between your country and Japan. As long as you avoid the time between 11:00pm and 8:30am JAPAN time, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that we may not be able to meet your request due to unavailability of our staff, in which case we will ask you to consider alternatives.

how are class sessions conducted?

Once the payment is confirmed, we will send you the Zoom link for the class session. The instructor will appear as an icon rather than in person, and you are not expected to show your face, so enjoy learning Japanese stress free! You can use the icon you already use for Instagram or other social media, or choose not to use an icon at all. Additionally, we offer an option for you to create your own anime icon. Classes will be tailored specifically for you, based on your needs and goals.
Please note that the online session will be recorded for quality assurance and for any legal matter that may arise.

will you provide free textbook?

We do not provide published textbooks; instead, we use custom-made study materials tailored to your specific interests and needs. These materials will be shown on the screen during the class and emailed to you after each session. The fee for these study materials is included in the general fee. Additionally, we will provide you with a list of recommended study materials that might interest you for further reference.

what is the process of ordering my unique icon?

We have teamed up with Japanese illustrators to create an icon unique to yourself. You will first choose an illustrator based on the creative style you like. After choosing your illustrator, please submit a photo of yourself (or of your ideal image) or a drawing of how you would like yourself to look like in the icon, together with any requests you may have, such as type of clothes (jeans, cute dress, etc.). You will be able to request for modifications twice. The icon will be submitted to you in the form of both jpeg and png. You will be given the copyright of the icon, giving you the right to use it however you like.

Please note that it takes roughly 10 to 20 days for the icon to be finished. As with any creative orders with any company, there is no cancellation once the process begins. The illustrator will begin the creative process once we confirm the payment from you.

how should the payment be made?

Once the session is set, we will send you a confirmation email. Please double-check, and if you don’t see any problem, please make the payment through PayPal. We will email you the QR Code that links to the PayPal payment page. Once the payment is confirmed, we will send you the payment confirmation email, and we will start the service.

how safe is paypal?

PayPal is considered to be one of the safest way for a buyer (you) to make payments for services and/or products. Please click their website for details.

i’m concerned about being charged in yen.

No need to worry at all! Through PayPal, you will simply write in the yen amount being charged, and PayPal will charge you for the amount in your currency using the currency exchange rate on the day of the payment. Therefore, please note that the same amount in Japanese yen may well be different in your currency depending on the currency exchange rate on the day of the payment.

cancellation policy.

We accept cancellation of a trial session up to 24 hours prior to the confirmed session.

For “DISCOVERY PLAN” and “MASTER PLAN” with 4 sessions, we accept cancellation of the Plan up to 7 days prior to the first session (hereafter “cancellation cut-off date”), as the instructor will be preparing for the session specifically for you. We will refund your payment through PayPal.
After the cancellation cut-off date, we do not accept cancellation of the Plan.

can i reschedule my session?

Yes, you can request to reschedule up to 24 hours prior to the session (hereafter “reschedule cut-off”. After the Reschedule cut-off, the session will be considered as executed, whether you take the session or not.

what happens if i’m late for the session?

If you are late for the session, the instructor will wait for you for up to 15 minutes. You have the option to extend the session to complete the full 50 minutes if you agree to the time extension. Otherwise, the session will conclude at the originally scheduled end time.
