Since all services are tailored made, the specific scope of the service will be determined through email correspondence. Please note that we may not be able to provide the service requested due to the nature of your request and/or availability of our staff. Fee varies according to the nature of the services. Our fee structure is based on an hourly fee, ranging from 4,000 yen per hour to 10,000 yen per hour.

how will the videos and reports be submitted?

Our standard policy is to send you the video in mp3 format, but please feel free to request if you wish to have the video in different format. Reports will be sent in PDF format. We will send you the deliverables via google Drive.

how will the payment be made?

Once the details of the service and the terms are agreed, we will send you a confirmation email. Please double-check, and if you don’t see any problem, please make the payment through PayPal. We will email you the QR Code that links to the PayPal payment page. Once the payment is confirmed, we will send you the payment confirmation email, and we will start the service.

No need to worry at all! Through PayPal, you will simply write in the yen amount being charged, and PayPal will charge you for the amount in your currency using the currency exchange rate on the day of the payment. Therefore, please note that the same amount in Japanese yen may well be different in your currency depending on the currency exchange rate on the day of the payment.
